Sodium (Redmond's Real Salt®)	492 mg
Potassium (potassium bicarbonate)	375 mg

Suggested Use 

As a nutritional supplement, mix 1 packet (1 scoop) in 8-16 fl oz (depending on taste) of water or juice and stir thoroughly. Or use as directed by your healthcare professional.
