AM/PM PeriMenopause Formula™ perimenopause relief provides two targeted formulas to address common menopausal symptoms that typically occur during the day and at night. The AM Formula includes black cohosh for hormonal support and relief of occasional hot flashes and mood swings, rhodiola for extra energy and stress resistance. The PM Formula contains black cohosh to help offset hormonal fluctuations that can result in occasional night sweats, valerian to help promote relaxation and deep sleep, and L-theanine to alleviate nighttime muscle tension and promote restful sleep.

PM Formula: cellulose, modified cellulose, modified cellulose gum, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, carrot and paprika extract color, soy lecithin, and carnauba wax.

Discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if you have a liver disorder or develop symptoms of liver trouble, such as abdominal pain, dark urine, or jaundice.

Suggested Use 

AM: Take 1 (yellow) AM tablet in the morning.
PM: Take 1 (purple) PM tablet approximately 30-45 minutes before bedtime, or as recommended by your healthcare professional. It may take four to five weeks to achieve full benefits. Continue to use AM/PM PeriMenopause Formula to maintain benefits.
