Suggested Use 

Adults and children 9 years and older: Take 2 teaspoons 2 times daily with meals or as recommended by you healthcare practitioner. 

Children 1-8 years: Take one teaspoon 2 times daily with meals or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. If preferred, Berry DHA can be mixed with juice or water.
