Each tablet contains:
Folate (folic acid)	667 mcg DFE (400 mcg folic acid)
Vitamin B12 (as hydroxocobalamin)	1000 mcg

Other ingredients: mannitol, maltodexterin, cellulose, ascorbyl palmitate, natural cherry flavor, silica.

Suggested Use 

Adults and children 4 years and older: Take 1 tablet daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
