Vitamin C (as mineral ascorbate, ascorbic acid)	1000 mg
Calcium (as calcium ascorbate)	53 mg
Magnesium (as magnesium ascorbate)	27 mg
Zinc (as zinc ascorbate)	2.5 mg
Manganese (as manganese ascorbate)	0.1 mg
Lemon Bioflavonoid Complex (standardized to 48 mg flavanones and naturally occurring flavanols, flavones and related phenolic compounds)	100 mg

Other Ingredients: Potassium ascorbate, gelatin, microcrystalline cellulose and magnesium stearate.

Free from synthetic colors, preservatives, milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy and sesame. 

Suggested Use

As a dietary supplement, two capsules daily with meals or as recommended by your physician or health care professional.
