Ingredients 

Each tablet contains:
Vitamin D (cholecalciferol)	1.8 mcg
Calcium  (calcium carbonate / aspartate)	170 mg
Magnesium (magnesium aspartate / oxide)	85 mg

Other ingredients: Cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium
stearate, hypromellose, glycerin.

Suggested Use 

Adults and Adolescents (12 years and older): Take two tablets two times daily with meals, a few hours before or after taking medications, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
