What is Calcium D-Glucarate?

Calcium D-Glucarate is a patented form of D-glucarate (also known as D-glucaric acid), a naturally occurring substance in the body that is involved in the metabolism and disposal of toxins and excess hormones, such as estrogen. In the diet, D-glucarate is found primarily in fruits and vegetables such as apples, grapefruit, oranges, bean sprouts, and broccoli. It is also produced in small amounts in the body.

What does Calcium D-Glucarate do?

Studies show that Calcium D-Glucarate supplementation supports healthy immune function, promotes estrogen metabolism, and enhances the body’s detoxification systems through inhibition of beta-glucuronidase, an enzyme that can interfere with normal hormone metabolism.

How does Calcium D-Glucarate work?
