To make their Concentrated Butter Oil, Green Pasture only uses butter made from milk produced by cows that have been grazing on rapidly growing green grass. Centrifugation is used to extract and concentrate the butter oil. Factors taken into consideration in the production of Green Pasture Concentrated Butter Oil include the rate of grass growth, grass species, the timing of grazing, climate, and extraction method.

Ingredients

Raw butter oil concentrated through centrifugation, unbleached beeswax (as a thickener), plant cellulose (capsules). 

Contains: Milk. 

This product is processed in a facility that also processes or stores shell fish, other families of fish, tree nuts, milk products, and soy products. 

Storage: Store in a refrigerator or dark, cool place. Solidification or clouding may occur below 70°F.
