Other Ingredients: Rice hulls, rice bran extract, 100% vegetarian capsule (cellulose, water). 

Does Not Contain: milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans, sesame, or artificial colors and flavors.

1 capsule before meal with a glass of water, twice a day.
