• Magnesium & Vitamin C act as stool softeners, promoting movement in the colon
• Cape aloe is a condensed aloe leaf juice and has a stimulating laxative effect. Best used short term
• Senna and Cascara sagrada are traditionally used for their highly stimulant effects as laxatives. Short term use is best.
• Turkey Rhubarb is a traditionally used herb supporting purgative process
• Ginger root has a stimulating effect on the digestive system – it both stimulates bile and supports a healthy inflammatory response

Vitamin C (as calcium ascorbate)	100 mg
Magnesium (as magnesium citrate, malate)	250 mg
Ginger (Zingiber officinale) rhizome	125 mg
Cape aloe (Aloe ferox)	100 mg
Cascara sagrada  (Rhamnus purshiana) bark extract (4:1)	25 mg
Rhubarb (Rheum palmatum) root	25 mg
Plum (Prunus domestica) fruit	25 mg
Senna (Senna alexandrina) leaf	15 mg

Other Ingredients: Vegan capsule (HPMC, water), microcrystalline cellulose, calcium laurate. 

Formulated to exclude: preservatives, binders, artificial colorings or flavorings, sugars, lactose, salt, wheat, gluten, soybeans, milk derivatives, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, fish or shellfish.

Suggested Use 

1 – 2 capsules, up to twice daily. For temporary use only.

Contraindications and Cautions: Do not use this product if you have abdominal pain or diarrhea. Do not exceed recommended dose. Do not use if pregnant or nursing.
