Ingredients

Vitamin C (from Ascorbyl Palmitate)	10 mg
Magnesium (as Dimagnesium Malate)	500 mg
Malic Acid (as Dimagnesium Malate)	1436 mg

Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose and Hydroxypropyl Cellulose (plant based insoluble fibers used to achieve Sustained Release Technology), L-Leucine (essential amino acid used lubricant), Croscarmellose Sodium (plant based insoluble fiber used to achieve Sustained Release Technology), Silicon Dioxide (anti-caking agent), Clear Coating (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and sunflower oil) and Micro Wax (for easier swallowing).

Suggested Use 

Take 2 tablets twice daily (2 in the morning, 2 in the evening). For advanced use take 4 tablets twice daily (4 in the morning, 4 in the evening - may split into smaller doses as needed). Or use as directed by your healthcare professional. Take with food.

Should not be used if tamper evident seal is broken.
