Magnesium (Mg) is known to play a major role in cellular metabolism and is critical for normal nervous system function. Suggested Use
Take 3 capsules daily in divided doses (take 1 capsule during the daytime, preferably in mid- afternoon and take 2 capsules one hour before sleep), or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

CAUTIONS/INTERACTIONS: May cause drowsiness. Magnesium may interact with some antibiotics, diuretics, bisphosphonates, and muscle relaxants. In addition, many medications can affect magnesium absorption and excretion. If you are taking any medications, or if you are pregnant/nursing, consult your healthcare practitioner before using this product.
