Medium-Chain Triglycerides from coconut/palm kernel oil.

Not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, corn, egg, fish or shellfish ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens. Hexane Free.

This product typically has approx. 67% naturally occurring MCTs (medium-chain triglycerides) with 37% Caprylic Acid (C8) and 28% Capric Acid (C10).

Suggested Use 

Take 2 level tablespoons 1 to 2 times daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Mix into coffee/tea, shakes/smoothies, yogurt/smoothie bowls, or even add to keto diet recipes.
