Ingredients

Serving Size: 2 Capsules	Amount/Serving
Kava (Piper methysticum) Root Extract  [standardized to 10% total kavalactones (60 mg)]	600 mg
Melatonin	3 mg

Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, gellan gum, and sodium copper chlorophyllin (color)), silicon dioxide, and magnesium stearate (vegetable).

Suggested Use

Adults take 1-2 capsules approximately 30 minutes prior to sleep or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
