Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) Leaf 4:1 Extract	150 mg
Hops (Humulus lupulus) Cone 7.5:1 Extract	60 mg
Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) Flower 5.5:1 Extract	60 mg
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) Root Extract	30 mg

Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable), silica, and coating (hypromellose, medium-chain triglycerides, and hydroxypropyl cellulose).

Suggested Use

Take three tablets once daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
