Vitamin E is essential for maintaining the integrity, function, and flexibility of cell membranes. Vitamin E is also an important fat soluble antioxidant. Fat soluble antioxidants help to protect cellular structures, especially membranes from free radical attack. Selenium is an essential trace mineral that has been included to complement Vitamin E.

Vitamin E (as unesterified d-alpha Tocopherol)	400 IU
Selenium (from Selenium Yeast)	100 mcg
Natural Mixed Tocopherols (d-beta, d-gamma, d-delta)	48 mg

Other ingredients: Softgel Capsule (bovine gelatin, glycerin, water, carob), Soybean Oil, Beeswax and Soy Lecithin.

Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, milk, egg, fish or shellfish ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

Suggested Use 

Take 1 softgel daily, preferably with a meal, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

CAUTIONS/INTERACTIONS: For adults only. Vitamin E may interact with blood thinning medications, including anticoagulant, anti-platelet and anti-inflammatory medications.
