Vitamin D (as cholecalciferol)	12.5 mcg (500 IU)
Vitamin K (as phytonadione USP)	500 mcg
Tetrahydro Iso-Alpha Acids Complex       (from hops extract, Humulus lupulus L.)	476 mg
Berberine HCl      (Phellodendron amurense bark extract)	90 mg

Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, silica, coating (hypromellose, medium-chain triglycerides, and hydroxypropyl cellulose), and magnesium stearate (vegetable).

Take one tablet twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
