Proprietary extract blend:	3 mL
black black cohosh (root & rhizome)
dong quai (root)
fennel (seed)
alfalfa (fresh aerial)

Other Ingredients: Organic alcohol (53-63%), water and vegetable glycerin. 

Suggested Use

Take 20-60 drops, 1-4 times daily. To support normal healthy menstrual cycle function, use Phytoest for the first two weeks and Phytoprogest for the second two weeks. Does not contain estrogen. 

Caution: Not recommended during pregnancy. If you become pregnant while taking the product, discontinue use immediately. Keep out of the reach of children.
