Suggested Use 

Shake Well Before Using.

Herb Pharm prepares their Reishi extract from dried whole fruiting body (not mycelium) of Certified Organic Ganoderma lingzhi mushrooms. Herb Pharm's Reishi is grown on wood logs and/or wood chips. It is never grown on grains like rice.

Herb Pharm starts extraction through the traditional Chinese method of making a concentrated water-extraction tea. Then they combine the tea with their Reishi alcohol extract. The combined extract contains both the water-soluble and alcohol-soluble mushroom compounds.
