Vitamin B-12 (as Methylcobalamin)	500 mcg
Calcium (as Calcium Citarte)	20 mg
Magnesium (as Magnesium Bisglycinate)	20 mg
SAMe (from 444 mg S-Adenosyl-L-methionine disulfate p-toluensulfonate, calcium chloride, calcium oxide)	200 mg

Suggested Use

One to two (1-2) capsules daily, between meals, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
