Suggested Use
Suggested use for adults and children at least 15 years of age (for those under 15 years of age, consult your doctor):Ā Completely dissolve 2 pellets under the tongue each morning, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Pellets can be taken at the same time or in divided doses, preferably at least 6 hours prior to bedtime. Leave the pellets in your mouth for 30 seconds before swallowing. Do not eat or drink 5 minutes before or after taking the product.
