Adults: 4 capsules daily with food or as directed by a healthcare professional. Not intended for children.

Iron supplementation above the Recommended Daily Intake (RDI) in only indicated for individuals with a documented requirement. THIS PRODUCT IS NOT INTENDED FOR CHILDREN.
